Wow, the long weekend (NSW's Labour Day Weekend) is finally over. I had an extremely packed one and I've only finally had my eight hours of sleep just today. I survived on 3 hours of sleep a night over 72 hours - and packed in 15 hours of work, a wedding, a birthday long lunch, a bay walk and multiple dinners and lunches with friends. Come 4am every night and I wasn't going home.
Yet style is always on my mind, and I'm always faithful to a good pair of sunglasses . Taking my favourite pairs from the Royal Aquamarine range as I went about my day, I realised it was as the Fashion House says - "Last thing on, first thing noticed".
Never underestimate the importance of your presence in someone's life or at someone's important day - that's why I decided to squeeze in and attend all my friend's special events and sacrifice sleep. It's just as important to remember though - to never underestimate the power of a pair of brilliant sunglasses to complete your weekend look.
